March 1, 2023 – I am often asked what I do about eating when I am gluten free and dairy free.  I literally make the exact same recipes I did before but substitute the ingredients.  I personally buy these products at local stores, and in bulk when on sale, but I am including the links to the companies to order them.

For Flour I use:

It is very hard to find vegan dairy products without seed oils, so please be very careful and read the ingredients!!!

No recipe this month, but go ahead and look at other recipes I have posted in other blogs and make them knowing it can be done both gluten and dairy free!

I get it, you start to believe traditional doctor after traditional doctor that your thyroid is fine, you just need to exercise more and eat less and take antidepressants and pills to stay awake… You keep seeing the same kind of doctors expecting a different result, that won’t likely happen.
